Each of our eyewear products are warranted to the original purchaser for any breakage due to manufacturer's defects for one (1) year from date of purchase. The limited warranty will be void if the return does not include a receipt as proof of purchase and date of original purchase. Any eyewear product found to be defective will either be repaired or replaced. This excludes damage caused by improper or unreasonable use, and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, lost screws, or accidental damage. Any alteration to the original product will void this limited warranty. We reserve the right to make the final determination on whether any damage is due to manufacturer's defect. All products returned to us must be accompanied by the following to ensure proper processing: A dated copy of the original purchase receipt, a brief note detailing the problem with the product and how it occurred, a check or money order for the amount of $4.95 to cover shipping and handling costs, and return contact details (name, address, phone, email).
