Returns received without a purchase receipt or return authorization form will be sent back to you. If you need another copy of our return form, simply call our customer service department at 1-800-346-0538. Reading glasses must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credits will be given for damaged returns. Damages include scratches or marks on the lenses or frames, damaged or broken frames, missing pieces, missing cases, etc. Returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
